This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 29 November 2011, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright, a PDMR, has today paid up 9,680 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 103.3p each pursuant to the Company's Senior Employee Matching Purchase Scheme December 2004 nil paid award.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 54,243 ordinary shares (of which 29,458 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.0223% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 58,159.
