The Company was notified on 22nd June 2016 by James Dickson, Chairman of the Company, that on the same day he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 100p per share.

Following this transaction, James Dickson's total holding (including those in his wife's name) is 4,668,420 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 16.69% of its issued share capital with voting rights.
