The Company has been notified today that Chris Akers, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,000,000 shares of 0.1p each in the Company this morning at a price of 0.215 pence per share.
Following the purchase of these shares, Mr Akers is interested in 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.57% of the issued share capital.
