PERFORMANCE SHARE PLAN The following contingent awards have been made under the Performance Share Plan("PSP") on 29 March 2007 using the middle market closing price of £3.95 on 28March 2007. Awards were madeat nil cost to participants. The performance condition will be based on theCompany's TSR and EBITDA growth over the three-year period. BONUS SHARE PLAN On the same date, the executive directors and PDMRs listed below were each givena monetary award under the Company's Bonus Share Plan. Subject to the Company meeting its corporate targets for the 2007 financialyear, the monetary award will be converted to an award of shares following theannouncement of the Company's 2007 financial results, expected in March 2008. Ifthe targets are achieved, an announcement as to the number of shares to beawarded will be made at that date. If an award of shares is made, the shareswill vest in three tranches in March 2009, March 2010 and March 2011. In addition to the executive directors mentioned above, the other recipients ofthe award are Richard Denny, Alison Horrocks, Eugene Jilg, Debbie Jones, PerryMelton, Leo Mondale and Rupert Pearce.
