Director/PDMR shareholding
SuperGroup plc announces that Chris Griffin, one of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), has exercised options over 21,797 shares under the SuperGroup Performance Share Plan that vested on 23 September 2013. On 24 September 2013 Mr Griffin sold 10,328 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,153 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr Griffin retains a holding of 11,469 Shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
