Director / PDMR Shareholding
Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, announces that it was notified today of the following transactions completed today by a Director and PDMR of the company.
Alan Hirzel, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,335 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 580.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hirzel's total interest in the Company has increased by 3,335 Ordinary Shares to a total of 26,540 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
Suzanne Smith, Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary (PDMR), purchased 864 Ordinary Shares at a price of 578.1 pence per share today. Following this transaction, Mrs Smith's total interest in the Company has increased by 864 Ordinary Shares to a total of 4,269 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
