Director's Dealings
St Helen's Capital received notification on 4 February 2010 that, on 23rd December 2009, Mr. Jon Pither, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 1,065,000 ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 2.25 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company (the "Issued Ordinary Share Capital"), as enlarged by the issue of 4,696,304 Ordinary Shares to Mr. Patrick Booth-Clibborn, as announced on 11 January 2010. Mr. Pither is now interested in 5,972,318 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.59 per cent. of the Issued Ordinary Share Capital.
