The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcements released on 7 June 2019 at 17:09 under RNS No 5886B and 25 June 2019 at 16:52 under RNS No 3982D respectively. In the 7 June 2019 announcement, the total number of shares in which Professor McGregor had a beneficial interest was incorrectly stated as 92,700. The correct total as at 7 June 2019 was 98,700. Accordingly, in the 25 June 2019 announcement, the total number of shares in which Professor McGregor had a beneficial interest was incorrectly stated as 132,700 Ordinary Shares. The correct total as at 25 June 2019 was 138,700 Ordinary Shares. All other details remain unchanged.
As a result of the above transaction, Professor McGregor therefore has a beneficial interest in 145,441 ordinary shares.
