Director/PDMR Shareholding
Huntsworth plc, the healthcare and communications group, announces that on 12 March 2020 Paul Taaffe, Chief Executive Officer, received for nil cost, a total of 151,469 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company pursuant to an award granted on 6 March 2018 under The Huntsworth 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Plan. Included in this figure is 6,624 shares equivalent to the market value of dividends that would have accrued on the original award over 144,845 shares during the two-year vesting period.
The recipient requested that the Trustee of the Huntsworth Employee Benefit Trust sell shares in connection with his related tax and social security liabilities, dealing costs and charges, with the balance of shares being retained by the recipient, as indicated below.
CD&R Artemis UK Bidco Limited has provided its consent to the sale of the shares on the basis that the sale is limited to only what is necessary to cover tax and dealing costs and is in line with previous practice.
