SHAREHOLDINGS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Pursuant to the announcement on 20 May 2009, the trustees of The Tesco Employees' Share Schemes Trust acting on the authority of the Directors listed below sold the following number shares on 29 May 2009 at a price of 368.74 pence to satisfy the income tax and employee's national insurance due on the award made to the respective directors on 19 May 2009 under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan.
