The awards, which were made at nil cost, will not normally vest before three years have elapsed.
The shares in question were acquired on 4 March 2010 by the Devro Employee Share Ownership Trust, whose total interest in Devro 10p Ordinary Shares now stands at 1,009,418. All executive directors and PDMRs of the Company have a hypothetical interest in these shares as potential beneficiaries of the Trust.
