The Company announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs').

 

On 15 July 2020, Belinda Richards acquired a further interest of 393 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as a result of her participation in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).

 

The shares were purchased at 185.0142 pence per share.
