DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has today received notification that the following non-executive directors have acquired the following interests in its Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("ordinary shares"):

*the 9,654 ordinary shares bought for John Coombe will be registered in his spouse's name, Gail Coombe.
The remuneration of non-executive directors includes fees which are to be used to purchase ordinary shares twice each year. The above number of ordinary shares were accordingly purchased on the London Stock Exchange on 2 May 2013, at a price of 141 pence per share.
Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
