The Capita Group Plc Executive Share Option Scheme (`ESOS') On 23rd April 2009 Kevin Dady exercised 2,119 approved options granted to him. The exercise price for the options was £3.695 and all resulting shares were sold for £6.775 per share. Capita Share Ownership Plan (the `Trust') - Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the `Trustee') A purchase was made on 7 May 2009 of 18,300 ordinary shares in the Company by the Trustee of the Trust at a price of £7.030 per share for the purpose of satisfying the purchase of ordinary shares by eligible employees who have elected to join The Capita Group Plc Share Ownership Plan, including executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities who are therefore potential beneficiaries under the Trust. The Capita Group Plc Executive Share Option Scheme (`ESOS') On 12 May 2009 Vic Gysin exercised 25,000 unapproved options granted to him. The exercise price for the options was £4.3825 and all resulting shares were sold for £6.99 per share.
