Intimas Group PLC25 September 2006 Intimas Group plc (the "Company") Directors Shareholding The Company was informed on 25 September 2006 that, on that day, Michael Hobbshad purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 0.2 per cent. ofthe ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 14.0p per ordinary.Following this purchase Michael Hobbs and persons connected to him areinterested in 1,650,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.6 per cent. of theordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
