CMO Group PLC (AIM: CMO) announces that it has been notified that on 27 February 2025 a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") purchased Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Details are below and provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation:
Jonathan Lamb, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 427,717 Ordinary Shares. Following the purchases, Jonathan Lamb's notifiable interest has increased to 1,153,894 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.6 per cent. of the Ordinary Share capital of the company.
