Grant of Conditional Awards

Announcement to the London Stock Exchange
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares). This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 31 July 2011, the Company granted conditional awards over Shares to the executive director and those PDMRs listed below ("Awards") under the terms of the Assura Group Limited Executive Equity Incentive Plan ("Plan") as amended.
