Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), the platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands, announces that it has received notice that on 23 November 2022 Gillian Davies, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Ms. Davies has a total interest in the Company of 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.
