Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
William Hill PLC ('the Company') announces that Ruth Prior, CFO and a PDMR of the Company, has acquired, with her persons closely associated, 16,345 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of participation in dividend reinvestment plans in respect of the full year dividend paid on 6 June 2019 (12,740 shares) and half year dividend paid on 28 November 2019 (3,605 shares) respectively.
As a result, Ruth Prior and her persons closely associated now have an interest in 285,612 equivalent to less than 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The below information is given in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
