PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr. S Middelboe, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, had on 29 September 2011 purchased 20,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in Centaur Media Plc. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP£ 0.375 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. S Middelboe is now interested in 20,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.014% of the issued share capital.
