Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. ("the Company") Directors/PDMR Shareholding
Haynes announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 100,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company in line with the Company's newly established Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), as set out below. The Options have been issued at nil cost and vest following a performance period of 3 years.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
