The Company announces that it was notified on 27 August 2015 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,835.58 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 August 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 16,529 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
