Flomerics Group PLC04 May 2007 Flomerics Group PLC Grant of Options Flomerics Group PLC ("the Company") announces that it has granted options fornil consideration to Dr Gary Carter, Chief Executive Officer, under theFlomerics Group Executive Share Option Plan 2006, further details of which areas follows: Number of options awarded over ordinary shares of 1 p each 100,000 Grant date 3 May 2007 Exercise price (based on closing share price as at 2 May 2007) 86 pence Exercise period Between 3 years and 10 years from the grant date These options are subject to a performance condition based on the averageadjusted Profit Before Tax of the Group over three financial years commencingwith the financial year in which the options are granted.
