MIAMI (February 5, 2013) - Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE:CUK) was notified on February 4, 2013 that on February 1, 2013 the followingtransactions occurred:

Micky Arison, Chairman of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors andChief Executive Officer, acquired 102,551 shares of Carnival Corporation commonstock ("CC Shares") on release from restriction of the February 1, 2010restricted stock award that was granted under the Carnival Corporation 2002Stock Plan (the "2002 Plan"). Mr. Arison surrendered 39,221 CC Shares insatisfaction of U.S. withholding tax obligations. Following this transaction,Mr. Arison continues to beneficially own 173,776,834 CC Shares.

Pier Luigi Foschi, a member of Carnival Corporation & plc'S Board of Directors,Chairman of Costa Crociere S.p.A. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ofCosta Asia, acquired 34,594 Carnival plc ordinary shares ("plc Shares") onrelease from restriction of the February 1, 2010 restricted stock unit awardthat was granted under the Carnival plc 2005 Employee Share Plan ("2005 Plan").Mr. Foschi sold 17,580 of the released plc Shares on the London Stock Exchangeat a price of £25.76 per plc Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Foschicontinues to hold 65,211 plc Shares and 89,582 restricted stock units.

David Dingle, Chief Executive Officer of Carnival UK, sold 18,785 plc Sharesacquired on release from restriction of the February 1, 2010 restricted stockunit award that was granted under the 2005 Plan on the London Stock Exchange ata price of £25.76 per plc Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Dinglecontinues to hold 50,567 restricted stock units.
