PDMR's Interest in Shares
London - the Board of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or the 'Company') announces that it received notification on 31 March 2009 from Mr Felix Vulis, a PDMR, that on 31 March 2009 he entered into a pledge agreement in respect of 700,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.20 each (equating to 0.054% of the issued share capital of the Company) as security for a personal loan.

ENRC is a leading diversified natural resources group, performing integrated mining, processing, energy, logistics and marketing operations.
