London - the Board of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or the 'Company' announces that it received notification on 31 March 2009 from Mr Felix Vulisa PDMRthat on 31 March 2009 he entered into a pledge agreement in respect of 700,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.20 each (equating to 0.054% of the issued share capital of the Company) as security for a personal loan.
