The Company announces that it has been informed that on 30 August 2012 David John Holland, Non-Executive Director, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 115 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr. Holland now has a beneficial interest in 958,143 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.94% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
