Director/PDMR Shareholding
Wey Education (AIM: WEY), the educational services group, announces a number of director dealings in the Company's shares.
Tony Knowles, Executive Director - Human Resources, has notified the Company that on 24 June 2020 he sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, further detailed below, Mr Knowles' interest in the share capital of the Company is now 66,862 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Barry Nichols-Grey, Executive Director - Finance, has notified the Company that on 24 June 2020 he sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his SIPP at a price of 28.56 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, further detailed below, Mr Nichols-Grey's interest in the share capital of the Company is now 43,633 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Barrie Whipp, Chairman commented "Both of these transactions represent diversification of the directors' individual investment and pension portfolios. Both directors retain a shareholding in the company and are aligned to its future success through the company's share option scheme."
