The Company announces that on 6 February 2019, Mr Chris Malley, former Chief Executive sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average of 45.6p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Malley holds 193,659 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
