Total Produce plc announces that it has been notified today, 4th March 2015 by the Total Produce plc Employee Benefit Trust that they have purchased a total number of 548,346 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the company at a price of €1.12 per share, as Trustee of the Total Produce plc Short Term Incentive Plan.
The ordinary shares are held by the Trust on behalf of the Directors, as listed below, and cannot normally be disposed of for a period of at least five years from the date of purchase.
