The Company received notification on 22 August 2012 from Mr. J. A. Warren, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 22 August 2012, Anna Warren, a Connected Person, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 300.62p per share.

As a result, the total interest of Mr. Warren in the Company is 5,000 shares, representing 0.018% of the Company's issued share capital.
