RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 14 September 2011 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.
On 15 September 2011, the PDMRs listed below were granted options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of £0.95 per share. The options are exercisable between 1 December 2014 and 31 May 2015.
