("Goldenport" or "the Company"), announces that in relation to the Placing and Open Offer announced by the Company on 25 June 2010, a total of 7,354,324 shares of common stock of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company were issued to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities, at a price of 127 pence per share.
