The Company announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs').

 

On 2 July 2018, Trevor Strain exercised his options over 2,195 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company pursuant to the terms of the Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC Sharesave Scheme ('Sharesave').

 

The shares were purchased at 164 pence per share.
