DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Global Energy Development PLC, the Latin American focused petroleum exploration, production and development company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia, was notified on 15 April 2014 that on that same day, David Quint, a director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 68.5 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Mr. Quint has a beneficial interest in 135,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.
