Notification of Transactions of Directors /
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Knights announces that it was notified on 7 October 2019 that following receipt of the final dividend of 1.27p per share, which was approved at the AGM on 24 September 2019 and paid on 30 September 2019, the SIP trustee has re-invested the dividend proceeds by purchasing 2,356 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.34 per share on behalf of participating employees.
Details of the Ordinary Shares purchased by the SIP trustee and awarded to PDMRs, together with their resulting interests, are set out in the table below:
