Be Heard Group plc, the digital marketing group, hereby notifies the market that, on 28 September 2018, David Poutney, Non-Executive director at the Company, purchased a further 1,000,000 shares at 1.38p.
When taken with the shares purchased previously by David, his total holding in the company is 12,692,857 ordinary shares, representing 1.2% of the total issued share capital in Be Heard.
