Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group notifies that, on 24 September 2018, Mark Bentley, Group Finance Director, transferred 60,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mrs Lisa Bentley, a person closely associated with Mr Bentley, for nil consideration.
There is no change to the aggregate number of shares held by Mr Bentley and persons closely associated with Mr Bentley as a result of this transfer. Mr Bentley and persons closely associated with Mr Bentley hold a beneficial interest in 442,518 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
