Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company has been informed that today that John Gunn, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.52p per Ordinary Share. At the same time Mr Gunn has gifted 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares currently held by him to his adult daughter for nil consideration (the "Share Gift"). Following the purchase and concurrent Share Gift, Mr Gunn's total shareholding in the Company is 299,044,931 Ordinary Shares representing 52.7 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
