Exercise of Options and sale of shares
On 27 May 2015, the Company was notified that on 26 May 2015 the following Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ‘PDMR’, had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2011 and 2012 Co-Investment Plan at an exercise price of £7.420723 per share.
