On 10th July 2012, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Sarah Soar, a Director, has sold 13,592 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 148.5p each.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 316,433 ordinary shares (of which 60,419 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.1270% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 136,787.
