UK Mail Group plc announces that on 29 May 2013, Guy Buswell, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 8,823 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 510p per Share.

Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 319,516 ordinary Shares representing 0.58% of the issued share capital of the Company.

On the same day, Steven Glew, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 3,018 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 510p per Share.

Following today's purchase Steven Glew now holds voting rights attached to 116,937 ordinary Shares representing 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
