Issue of Equity
LightwaveRF plc (AIM: AUR), announces the following changes to the shareholdings of Barry Gamble, Chairman, following his participation in the Open Offer, and of Kevin Edwards, Finance Director, and Tom Sykes, Commercial Director, following their participation in a share subscription. Messrs Gamble, Edwards and Sykes and now interested in 754,666, 153,846 and 230,769 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 1.9, 0.4 and 0.6 per cent. respectively of the issued share capital.
