CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company was notified on 10 May 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 2,546 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 480 pence Ordinary Share on 10 May 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,010,658 Ordinary Shares (52.96%).
