Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that further to the announcement of 26 January 2016, it was notified on 5 February 2016 by Murray Smith, a Director of the Company, that he has transferred 909 shares in the Company to his former wife.
As a result of the above, Mr Smith's beneficial interest in the Company is now 107,991 shares, being 0.43% of the issued share capital of the Company.
