Homeserve Plc26 May 2006 Director/PDMR Share Transactions a) Purchase of Shares by Employee Trust The Homeserve Employee Trust, which holds shares for the benefit of employees,including directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility, today,purchased 209,520 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the capital of theCompany (0.3% of the issued share capital). The average price paid was £15.547per share. The shares purchased will be used to satisfy options granted under the ExecutiveShare Option Plan. The Homeserve Employee Trust now holds 2,355,751 ordinary shares (3.6% of theissued share capital). b) PDMR's Dealings It is also announced that Jonathan King, a Person Discharging ManagerialResponsibility, today exercised options under the Executive Share Option Plan.He exercised 5,183 shares at an option price of £4.075, 12,500 shares at anoption price of £5.50 and 17,500 shares at an option price of £5.89. He sold allof the shares at a price of £16.615 per share.
