Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons.

The Company received notification on 27 March 2014 from Mr. A.J.Scull, a Director of the Company, informing it that, on 27 March 2014, he and a Connected Person sold 12,000 ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each, at 670p per share.

The sale of such shares was to utilise tax allowances.

As a result, the total interest of Mr. A.J.Scull in the Company is 114,548 shares, representing 0.428% of the Company's issued share capital.
