QUINTAIN ESTATES AND DEVELOPMENT PLC ("QED)
Interests of Directors and PDMRs
QED announces that the Trustees of the Quintain Estates and Development PLC Deferred Bonus Plan notified the Company on 16 June 2008 that 33,024 ordinary shares had been sold at a price of £2.785. The purpose of the sale was to satisfy tax and national insurance liabilities incurred in release of the shares from the trust to various directors and staff. The trust now holds 554,154 ordinary shares against awards made to directors and staff.
Adrian Wyatt and Nicholas Shattock (being directors of the Company) disclose an interest as trustees in the total holdings of the Trust.
Following release of the shares, Directors and PDMRs now hold the following interests in QED shares:
