Director Shareholding Announcement
AMS was informed yesterday of the following Director share dealings:
On 4 May 2010, Dr. Geoffrey Vernon (Chairman) purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 42.00p per share, and his wife purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at the same price.
Following these transactions, Dr. Vernon and his connected parties are the beneficial owners of 1,026,000 shares, representing approximately 0.67% of the Company's issued share capital.
