The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) was notified that on 20 April 2018, Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 172 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Clive Watson, is beneficially interested in 2,546,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
