Director's Share Dealing
Clinigen Group plc (AIM: CLIN, 'Clinigen' or the 'Group'), the global pharmaceutical and services company, announces that it was notified on 16 May 2016 that on 16 May 2016, Martin Abell, the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, bought 11,296 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at a price of 518 pence per share. Mr Abell's wife also purchased a total of 8,108 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company on 16 May 2016 at a price of 516 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Abell's total beneficial interest in the Company is 19,404 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
